As you advance from miner to cutter and cutter to polisher and polisher to collector you will notice a change in your marketing team at every position. This is due to the marketing teams` expansion and subsequent diamond table split. You will find members of your previous marketing team are no longer with you. They are now on other diamond tables; forming a new marketing team as you also will be.

Often times those who split away from you are the Diamond Traders that referred you or the Diamond Traders that were referred by you. The reason behind this is because every time you move up a position there are half as many spaces to fill. In the miner position there are 8 openings, the cutter position only four, the polisher position just 2, and finally at the collector position there can only be one.

How does the system determine who goes where? The system through various mathematic equations splits the accounts according to what it sees as equally balancing the teams. Though to the account holders this may appear random; however it is structured within the algorithms of the system, to place the accounts in the manner that the account holder views them. Allowing the computer to determine where the accounts are placed allows for the system to remain fair without any human intervention, fear of favoritism or retribution.
